Problem: Belk is seen as an outdated, old and uncool department store with limited product.
Insight: Although Belk may not carry the latest designer lines, it has all of the designer basics. 
Solution: Highlight this USP while updating the brand image in an upscale fashion.
Result: Giving Belk a new image and target of young fashionistas.

The repeated kaleidescope imagery of the bag reiterates the USP, showing that they have all of the designer basics, and a lot of them. 
An upscale direct mail piece that goes to their current consumer as well as new visitors.
