Hard Core Foam Core Challenge
Design Brief: Construct a full scale exoskeleton model using foam core.
The challenge was that we were only allowed to use foam core and adhesives. The entire model was to be full-scale and worn by one of the presenters, and thus had to be fully movable. Since an exoskeleton's main functions are support and protection we thought of a butler who nurtures and assists his master in every way possible. Aside from being able to perform daily tasks independently, the exoskeleton butler would be able to dispense food and drinks, play music from its speakers and offer life advice through its AI system.
