A survey
about the metro-card of Beijing
As traffic are so busy in Beijing, almost everyone owns a metro-card, a must-have for daily transportation. However, do people really know how to use it? Sometimes, people will encounter inconvenience the metro-card, but no one ever looks into the problem. So I designed and posted a questionnaire online to investigate the user experience of the metro-card. I organized and presented the data into the form of charts to see whether problems can be discovered and designs can be found to improve the product service.
