Learning anatomy
Albert Einstein said once: " If I can´t picture it, I can´t undestand it". So, following this great philosophy, I decided to learn anatomy by the easiest way I know: by picturing it. One of the body´s parts  I´ve love most is the head, maybe for what it means in different contexts. By the time I´m improving my knowledge about human anatomy, so I decided to start sketching different muscles in a profile head, and then, apply some color to get a tradicional anatomy look like in ancient medicine books.

The first picture is a rough sketch made with pencil and thin markers. I used as a reference a great atlas anatomy I use to read since I was very young.

Then by applying different flesh tones and textures I´ve tried to get similar features the muscles have. I´ve really enjoyed myself by learning this way!
