I decided to keep the layout of the cross and the three letters with the original colour scheme as this is what the church is traditionally recognised by. Additionally, I also added the original slogan
-Addition of the dove in the top right hand corner. Primarily a symbolisation of peace in christianity
Rebranding: Flat Logo Design of Hainault Evangelical Church
I began designing the logo using a wide range of shape tools within adobe illustrator. Primarily I utilised a colour palette of vibrant colours however, I felt it did not match the conventions of a church.
I decided to use a flat colour palette as the audience to who would view the logo are of an elder age. I particularly chose to use a blue gradient as i felt it is symbolic and closely mirrors the colour of the sky. Additionally I utilised a systematic colour scheme within the house as it presented a much more cleaner and professional finish.
Colour Palette: Dark brown, Flat Yellow, Light grey, White, Black and a Blue gradient.
