The combination of the Japanese art of suminagashi and postcard design.

This is one of my experimental projects, the idea for this creation came when I approached for the fist time the art of suminagashi.

First of all the paper has to be folded in various ways, then it has to be dipped into the mixture of water and ink, on the surface of the paper we can see the natural texture that has taken shape.
In the end there's the usage of photoshop to create graphic elaborations.
