A view from the Hong Kong Avenue of Stars
This is Hong Kong Island as seen at night from the Avenue Of Stars.
The Hong Kong Symphony of Lights from The Peak
A Symphony of Lights is staged every night at 8:00 p.m. in Hong Kong.
The best place to enjoy the show is the Avenue Of The Stars, but the view from The Peak is really nice too, even if the music doesn't come so far.
Bonjour
This is not an hotel, as some might think. "Bonjour" is a cosmetics retail store in Hong Kong.
Blue House, and other colors
Blue House (Chinese: 藍屋), in the background, is a 4-storey balcony-type tenement block located at 72-74A Stone Nullah Lane, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, China. It is named after the brilliant blue colour painted on its external walls. It is one of the few remaining examples of tong lau of the balcony type in Hong Kong and is listed as Grade I historic building.
Blue is the warmest colour
I saw this man pushing a cart of gas cylinders while I was on the Hong Kong tram, and I immediately saw the blue and yellow correspondences between his outfit, the cylinders, and the pedestrian crossing on the ground.
Incense coils in Man Mo Temple
I shot these incense coils (or spirals) in the Man Mo Temple in Sheung Wan, on Hong Kong island.
Photographers are explicitely authorized in this part of the temple as long as they don't bother the whorshipers.
The fishmonger
Even at night, the temperature can be pretty high in Honk Kong, hence the rather light clothing of this fishmonger in a night market in Wan Chai.
Hong Kong planet
I had to try once this little magic trick, and it seemed this panorama was a perfect candidate, so here it is, Hong Kong turned into a little planet!
