For this assignment, I was asked to take letter-forms and manipulate them to create characters and props for an African children's book. For color selection, I limited myself to five bold colors inspired by Ghanaian culture. I then illustrated the book with my letter-form shapes as well as geometric, angular shapes created in Adobe Illustrator. Because this is a children's book, some of the typography is more playful.
