Drop Jaws Turner Poster -

This is probably my favorite project from my illustrator class. I spent 4 hours drawing that ding dang microphone and it's glorious! 

The goal for this project was to create a poster, only in illustrator, designed by a "client". In this case, the notes for the poster were written on the back of a used envelope and specified a deco feel, with a microphone front and center, and the names of the other acts much smaller than the headliner.

I really enjoyed making this and still love the colors I chose. I think I would lose the faded border if I could do it over again. It's just a distraction.
