Brophy Outdoor Leadership Training (BOLT)
BOLT is a club that provides opportunities for students at Brophy College Preparatory to experience the outdoors and develop leadership skills. Based on the model of the National Outdoor Leadership School, BOLT was founded on the belief that wild places make for exceptional classrooms where students can overcome challenges, work as a team, and grow as people. Since its founding in 2015, BOLT in partnership with Brophy's Office of Faith and Justice and K2 adventure travel has sent day trips and backcountry expeditions to the Wet Beaver Creek Wilderness, the Hell's Canyon Wilderness, Humphrey's Peak, the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park.
