Massimo Vignelli MoMa Exhibit

Advertising Concept
The Museum of Modern Art was hosting an exhibition for Massimo Vignelli and a advertising campaign was needed to get the word out.
The campaign consists of a billboard, posters, tickets for the exhibit, along with buttons and a limited edition watch to be sold in the gift shop.
In order to convey to the public what the exposition was all about, each piece of the campaign is modeled after Vignelli’s famous Murano and Knoll design as well as incorporating the New York Subway System map that he so famously is known for. Laid on top of it all is an exposed unigrid to demonstrate as well as be a reminder that he came up with this system.
