Silicon Labs Ad Campaign

Silicon Labs is a leader in high-performance, analog-intensive, mixed-signal Integrated Circuits. When they released a new line of 32-bit MCUs, they turned to Frank+Victor to create an ad campaign for an audience of electrical engineers. Silicon Labs wanted the campaign to lead with a problem instead of a benefit, to grab the attention of an audience who notoriously ignore marketing-speak in favor of the tech specs. We recommended a message that both sympathizes with the frustrations of the audience, while also nodding to the solution. We created a series of print ads that appeared in trade journals worldwide, and then extended the message to appear in both online display ads and their trade show exhibit.
