In my current role, I manage SPRINT, a structured innovation programme focussed on intra-preneurship and user-centred design. This involves guiding teams to convert their ideas into innovative offerings. My responsibilities:

Design led innovation: Exposing the teams to design thinking methodologies to bring user centricity to their respective innovation projects. Nurturing their ideas through a well laid process comprised of different stages laid between Understand-Make and Abstract-Real axes i.e. understanding, analysis, synthesis and realisation.

Design research: User research planning, defining inclusion criteria, Identifying the suited context, framing research approach and setting base questions, deciding suitable research tools and methods, deriving insight by in-depth analysis and creating design principles for a contextual idea for innovation. 

Business Modelling: Guide teams to evolve their projects from the boundaries of function and aesthetics to the dimensions of business aspects.

Strategic Design: Determining the need and scope of various projects for aligning them with business goals of the organisation, while monitoring their innovation journey.
