Veterans and Family Day Promotion

This, now annual, event is essentially a fun day for veterans and their families to unwind and just have a good time. We had games, inflatables, live music, a free cookout and even fireworks at the event's conclusion. It was has held at the golf course that we currently manage located at the Chillicothe, OH VA Campus.
Though we sponsored the event, it was technically an event hosted by Veterans In Transition (a non-profit organization that we have recently acquired.) Therefore, I really didn't want the branding for the event to look just like the other MVRC flyers. I wanted this to stand out as its own entity rather than look like it's being held just to promote our company. I wanted this event's promotional pieces to have a patriotic, regal, clean yet fun appeal to the viewer.
Here are the promotional graphics for social media.
Here is the newspaper Advertisement that ran in the Chillicothe Gazette in the six weeks prior to the event.
Since the day was about veterans and their families, we thought it would be fitting to offer event goers framed photos (shot at the event) of their loved ones to take home. The picture frames were generously donated from a local arts and crafts store. We brought and set up our EPSON laser printer along with matte and glossy photo paper so that we could print, cut and frame the pictures right there at the clubhouse.

The following are just examples of the free take home souvenir photos that we offered to event goers free of charge.

Here is the official video commemorating the highlights of our inaugural Veterans and Family Day festivities. The event was a smash hit, attracting over 350 veterans and their family members and starting a yearly tradition for years to come.
