This design is my personal business card design. the colors are really simple and straight-forward. The card is cut in half using black and white. The blue used for the logo is carried throughout the Slagowski Designs company design.

The below design is a business card that I created for my mother. She is a cosmetologist in the town that I grew up in. The colors of blue and yellow work well together and are used in contrast on the front and the back of the card. The front offers a bright blue illustration of hair with yellow lettering that stands out against the dark blue background. On the back, there is a custom letter mark created using her initials.

This card design was created for a cosmetologist at a local hair salon. She wasn't sure what kind of design that she wanted. She knew that she wanted a purple color and wanted to have something to do with hair in the design. I took these ideas and used them to create a couple of options and the below option is the one that was chosen.

This design is more focused on using backgrounds and textures as design elements. The background is a repetitive number that used lines and triangles. Although the background is repeated, the nature of it does not make it look like it is repetitive. The word "hair" uses a texture to give a great design element to the card.
