AHS Deprescribing Poster (2016)

As the publicity head for the 2016 Alexandra Health Pharmacy Week, I was tasked to design a deprescribing poster to serve two purposes - to actively remind our physicians to "deprescribe" and for our patients to discuss with their physicians if they have trouble coping with their pill-burden. Each of the pills were drawn using Adobe Photoshop to mimic the actual pills that my hospital carries.
