A brief history...
Ciaran has just under 20 years experience working in the creative industry at an international level and is a highly accomplished creative agency lead. A skilled creative and strategist, Ciaran interprets human behaviors and insights to deliver connected brand experiences with effective results.

As early as 2001 he began his digital advertising career with the founders of online advertising – DoubleClick Int. Working with its Studio in New York he challenged and progressed online advertising models.

Moving on to work with Agency.com & TBWA Dublin in 2008 Ciaran led award-winning creative teams for 6 years. Using Ideas, Insight and Technology as a platform he championed mutli-channel thinking. Helping develop TBWAs traditional agency structure to a digital leader in Ireland.

He joined Havas Digital Middle East in 2014. Over a short period strengthened the core technical capabilities of the agency while growing its creative output to include digital campaigns, social and content.

As ECD of Havas Worldwide Dubai, Ciaran implemented an integrated approach and transformed the creative vision of the agency in order to broaden and strengthen its communications positioning securing new business and organic growth throughout.
Placing innovation and ideas at the core of his work Ciaran consistently leads agency growth and digital transformation.
