Wilde Arrow Mock up

Logo
The idea for this image began by finding the font of my choice. I wanted a font that depicted a wild side to Wilde Arrow. In past years, the logo of Wilde arrow logo was used to depict professionalism.  What I hope to depict in this image is a stylish side to archery. I want this logo to be something someone would wear on a t-shirt or billboard. After choosing the font, I proceeded by drawing a squiggly arrow that passes through the words. After that I drew an antler and mirrored it so that I could encase the Wilde Arrow title. I used light tan for the antlers, and brown for the lettering. I also used a shade of red on the arrowhead. The contrast of all three colors in the image will appeal to the eye. I feel that the proximity is good, but could possibly be changed. I feel that the image may be a little cluttered as is.
Business Card Front
This is a business card I created for my client. It is very direct and to the point. Organization played a key role in this design. On this image, I first found myself placing the logo in multiple places within the business card. I eventually felt comfortable with its proximity to the text and the surrounding borders. I was hopeful to make good use of the white space and incorporate the feel for adventure and vastness. The text in the logo will be metallic silver to give it the shimmer it deserves.
Business Card Back
This is the back side of a business card i have created for my client. Repetition is used from the front to back of the card in order to maintain a clear mental image. When I designed this logo I was hoping to make use of white space, but one thing lead to another and I eventually decided to reverse the colors. Now the background is black and the actual logo is the white space. Again, I plan on making the WILDE ARROW metallic silver. The proximity of the image should be slightly off set and high. The contrast between black and white really makes the logo pop out.
Envelope
This is an envelope I designed for my client, in the center of the logo is Wilde Arrow and Elk skull. I made it black, almost as if to radiate the appearance of a tattoo or royal stamp. In the left hand corner is a fallen antler, also known as a shed. The shed has brown out skirt lines tracing out the antlers and giving them the appearance of a shadowy shed laying on the ground. The Proximity was a challenge because the antler is tough to add to such a limited amount of space. Repetition of the Elk skull has been incorporated from the business card.
Letterhead with text
Here is a letter head I created for my client. Some characteristics of repetition have been incorporated from the envelope. The antler is the same, yet has been flipped to fit into the corner of the page and stay out of the way of the text that will fill the center of the page. The proximity of the logo in the top left hand corner fits in line with the writing on the page. I wasn't sure if I wanted to incorporate the dropped antler, but after careful consideration, I decided I would keep it.
Letterhead With No Text
Twitter and Facebook Profile/Letter Head
The logo that was designed originally has been changed to use mostly black and silver. The contrast of the black maintains recognizable and will keep the logo eye popping and on point. Repetition is key.  This is a profile pic for the company's social media outlets, such as Facebook and twitter. I maintain that the profile pic for the social media outlets remain the same
This Logo is was designed for my clients Facebook and twitter accounts. I switched the contrast in colors in order to maintain interest and gaze. This will be the backboard for social media pages. The image has repetition and uses black space in a fairly good way.
Full Color
This is a full color image with a solo hunter. The image has a call to action which is "No Excuses" followed up with a store address for inquiries. The photo has the hunter in the back ground focused on his target. In the right hand bottom corner is just a portion of his bow with some focus on arrows. The Mock Logo is included at the top of the image and gives the consumer an opportunity to take action and inquire more info.
Gray Scale
This is my Gray Scale with the Wilde Arrow Archery logo and a call to action. I took this from a photo shoot I conducted. I decided to use this photo because it shows two brothers, or friends on a hunting trip with one another. I think the image represents the tradition of bow hunting, but also the memories that will be formed during the trip will be the main focus of the activity. I feel the contrast between the individuals and the white out sky draw attention to the quote and the two men. I like how the bows are in the image, but with a subtle attitude. The image includes a call to action quote and an address to follow up with.
