A new piece for the Popshot Magazine Issue 16.

The poem "The World No Deeper Than The Eye" deals with the difficulties in a romantic relationship and is about finding hope in a relationship that seems to be falling apart. As the poem begins, the narrator has lost hope, but their partner hasn't. As the poem ends, the narrator has moved closer to the possibility of hope...and recognises that hope is always there for us to find even when we think it's gone. That which we look/yearn for is just on the other side of this world, no deeper than the eye.
