Severely damaged by the Nepal’s 2015 earthquakes of 2015, the Jaleswori Secondary school rests on the foothills of the Himalaya Mountain Range, 25miles/40km south of the Tibetan border and at an altitude reaching 9,186ft/2,800m.

Now, 18 months later, the school is under reconstruction through the aid of international donors with two new teachers being employed by the sponsorship of Siv Katralen, of Norwegian based fashion house 'Close To My Heart'.
