Hopelink has served homeless and low income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities. Below is their annual report from 2004. We had VERY limited resources to work with since they didn't have a huge library of images we were able to pull from. And the images we did have were low res and not able to be enlarged without degrading the quality. Because of the limitation - we chose to use the idea of focus/blur as our theme. By blurring out the images (that would have looked low res anyways) we popped large white text on top to let the facts and figures be the star of the show.
