Jacob Von Der Lippe started the creation of his first violin when he was 17 years old.

The urge to create and his love for music was intertwined to become his career. After five years of school and workshops in Cremona, Italy, he returned to Norway as a devoted luthier, opening his own shop at the age of 25. 

He spends approximately 250 hours on each instrument, shaping and tuning them towards perfection out of the tradition of the Italian masters.
