This short was made in group with Ana Rita Pinto
for the Animation III subject, with the goal of
exploring character creation and animation.
I was in charge of the creation,modeling,animation
and texturing of the character Pitéko,environment modeling
and texturing and sound design.
We did the camara work and illumination together.

We wanted to make a comedy short with two opposite characters, Pitéko (in tribute to out ancestors Australopithecus) and Omi.
We wanted to make a comedy short with two opposite characters, Pitéko (in tribute to out ancestors Australopithecus) and Omi.
Omi is a very intelligent alien who comes to earth to teach the human race very important things. But, things don't go as planned since Pitéko is not the most gifted beeing.
In the end of this short, we see that what really matters isn't the intelligence or the cleverness, but yes the good values and a warm heart.
