Direct Mail
I created a direct mail piece in response to the heightened security measures the TSA has taken over the past several years. The mailer is meant to educate the public about the advantages of using general aviation, or small, privately owned aircrafts.
I chose to use a paper airplane because of the light-weight, customizable, and fun associations that they carry. I based the poster side off of vintage travel posters from the 30's-50's. In addition to housing information on the interior side, there are also instructions on how to fold the mailer into the airplane depicted on the front.
