Facilitating Small Business in Savannah

This project was part of the DMGT 740 - Sustainable Practices of Design course where students were giving the challenge to promote a sustainable network among local small businesses. For this project we conducted 28 interviews from four different sectors (food, urban environment, service & community and design). We facilitated a creative workshop and gather insights to deliver thoughtful ideas around the challenge. Also, during the ideation process we initiated a roadmap for implementing the ideas plus a sustainable companion as a starting point for small business to learn and collaborate in a sustainable way in Savannah, GA. The highlight of this project was when we implemented the Green Speed Dating. We invited the people we interviewed to an event where we shared the findings and promoted networking. Below are some process photos from this project.
