After exploring with drawings and reach my final design, I created a four mock-ups from my designs. The most aesthetically pleasing and functional was my final one.
I made my candle holder pattern out of MDF wood and then applied sand sealer. I further made a wooden box for my silicone mold to set.
I poured silicone inside a glass container after weighing the right ratio amount. Part A 50:1, Part B 50:1 which was half for both silicone molds. Pigment was add the purple mold. Stiring the mix for about five minutes. Waited atleast 16 hours for each of the molds to dry.
After the drying processing, I took out the silicone mold and got the pattern inward shape.

I went on to create my casts by mixing smooth cast Part A and Part B with a ratio 100:90 for both, meaning that the mix had to be of equal amount. After stiring well I poured the mix inside the mold.
After the mix was poured inside the mold, it took atleast four minutues for the cast nix to properly solidify. Then got my candle holder casting.
All the material used in the project and some of the casts.
I finalized my mock-up by connecting on the base part and made it a secondary material which I made out of pine and MDF wood.
