To design an invitation to a graduation ceremony and party.
GENERAL GOALS
To create a non-traditional invitation and to connect students with the city of Belo Horizonte.
GENERAL SOLUTION
The students come from a traditional university and they also want to add something new to the image of the invitation. Something that shows their personality. The blue color is related to the traditional color of PUC College, the vibrant orange is related to the energy of this young architects. All the graphic elements are inspired by the city lines, corners, buildings, streets and architecture shapes. Together with the traditional wall tile they respect the old but also go towards the new. The experience of opening the invitation is related to the experience of exploring and discovering a city. I used spot varnish to create details and also calendered paper to give structure to the invitation.
