Abstract
This project is a campaign that would give tourists a clearer and more inviting guide for navigating the MTA subway system. The project is intended for the tourists and will include a redesigned subway map, redesigned line and station guides and brochures for distribution in station information booths to access this information. The project is not intended to be a replacement of the current MTA subway system but an add-on intended specifically for tourists. The design will be informed by existing international subway maps through the process of recreating and dissecting
