ZETA 2016 : THE NEXT ORIENTALISM

ZETA is a new compound word consisting of ‘ZEN’ and ‘Transcendental Attitude’ which aims to present the next representation of orientalism for the modern generation. It is a new perspective reinterpreted from the old idea of orientalism where humans started from nature and understood the world through constant realisations.

ZETA suggests the new look of the modern generation is complex, interesting and contemporary in style. ZETA represents the coexistance of the present modern people who always crave new things and the people of the past who knew how to appreciate and and engage with nature.
