Ensuring Google's emails are 'mobile first'.
Prior to 2012 Google's AdSense communications were muddled and inconsistent from region to region. As Creative Director, I led a team of talented copywriters and designers, liaising with our wider team in San Francisco, to create a common template. This  new template ensured email's were uniform, personalised, and had prominent call-to-actions.
