Repeat Pattern collection I

For my final assessment, I wanted to take inspiration from Moroccan and Islamic patterns derived from tiles.

The tile art from Morocco and other Islamic areas, is a very intricate art form that is mostly geometric. But, I wanted to try and take inspiration from these intricate, complex and geometrical patterns, to create a pattern with movement.

I took parts of different patterns to create this collection of repeat patterns.

As far as the colors go in this collection, they have been inspired by the different kinds of color permutations and combinations I saw when I was studying these tiles.
