Design with Established Identity
Training, Wayfinding, and Recruitment Materials
Recruiting materials for local (MSP) job fairs, targeting college students. This was a short term project. I wrote the copy, designed, and trimmed the project in two hours. Finished size is half of a letter size sheet of paper, printed on a color laser. I later revised it to be offset press ready.

Black Friday traffic plan for item queue lines. Used to assign associates to areas. Each manager had control of a section. Printed on a color plotter; final size was tiled to be 9 feet long. Emphasis was on easy understanding for ESL associates.
Map detail.
Associate recognition program. Used throughout the MSP metro area. Concept board.
Cards used by associates and management. Two color process, Pantone match for corporate identity.
Recogition board hanging in a high traffic hallway. This board has been hanging for about nine months and has seen a lot of use. I am currently investigating different printing options to reduce wear and tear. The banners are printed longer than pictured so they can be trimmed to size. Each store has a slightly different sized board, which required a modular design. The cards (printed on cardstock) are placed into plastic tracking used conventionally in the apparel departments. I printed the banners in-house on a color plotter and trimmed to size.
