What if appliances told you how much energy they consumed or will consume? Exploration of appliance feedback on energy consumption from a design perspective, with the goal of identifying visual and configurational principles regarding the design of appliances with this technology.

The project addressed many design factors related to air conditioners besides energy consumption feedback. The result is a balance of a clean design, with simple and elegant controls and displays.
