Technique: Photojournalism and Storytelling
Edit: The vibrancy of the bike was enhanced to accentuate features such as the orange rim and white panels. By doing this, along with blurring the background elements (too busy in the before image) allows the audiences attention to be drawn to the feature of the photograph, the motorcycle.
Story: This one is personal as it is my motorcycle. This photograph captures the story of a bike that has travelled thousands of kilometres with me, allowing me to get to uni, catch up with friends and explore the great outdoors. And yet to everybody else, it is just a stationary motorcycle parked on the footpath beside Z-block on a beautiful Wednesday morning.
