Recently, local Byron Bay client iBark approached Katapult to design and develop an iPhone 6/6s case made from compostable materials. After a sustainable re-focus on their brand values, iBark felt compelled to create a product which had less impact on the planet.
The new iBark Case has been specifically developed to curb the flow of millions of phone cases into the waste cycle. Made from Eco-Certified Australian hardwood and a resin developed from non-GMO corn starch, the “Harvest Case" will break down in a home compost unit in just nine months.
