I created this typography portrait during the beginning of my college career in one of my graphic design courses. The project required us to only use letters and symbols to create a portrait of a famous person. I chose Chris Martin, the singer of Coldplay. This piece was originally black and white but I recently edited some features to stand out such as his eyes and his jacket. The message of this piece is that the band Coldplay depends on each band member to be successful. Chris Martin is essential to Coldplay and the band is also part of him.
