Monkey Enterprises is a startup that provides dev-ops on-call and on-demand services for companies that do not have a budget or a need for a dedicated dev-ops oriented engineer.
Since 'dev-ops' is characterized by a multidisciplinary skill set where communication is one of the biggest keys (as dev-ops are bridge-builders), using an icon that depicts the words - connections / networks / or links would work best.
I have used the connection right in the center of the logo ( circles connected to each other ) which I have made to also look like the eyes, nose and mouth of the monkey.
