Project Architect.

 As part of an IDIQ contract with the Smithsonian, WBA provided design services for moving an existing exhibition of rare coins that was displaced due to the installation of a new exhibit at the NMAH.  A smaller selection of the rare coins from this exhibit was placed in a new exhibit located in the Schermer Hall on the ground floor of the Smithsonian Institution Building (SIB). Due to the limitations on modifying historic fabric in Schermer Hall, the exhibit design was limited to new display cases for rare coins that were installed within the space.  WBA provided design and construction documents for the space preparation package in support of and in coordination with the  exhibit design in addition to performing all existing conditions surveys, design development, construction documents, and construction phase services.
