This case study profiles a major collaboration between mStoner, Inc. and Tufts University to redesign the Tufts.edu website. The target readers for this piece are marketing executives at top-tier universities looking to update their main web presence. I speak directly to this audience by answering their most common concerns: how to reach prospective students and how to build consensus across a university for a new web strategy. The "thinking bigger" theme arose from my stakeholder interviews and nicely highlights how mStoner goes beyond clients' expectations to deliver exceptional results.
