My Role
I was part of the pitch team responsible for the experience strategy and design of the app for iOS, led the UX work and brought out solutions for roadmap design in this special case.
- Challenge -
To help our users arrive at their destinations on time by giving them the best short-cut route on the metro, we wanted to create an interface that was easily accessible and interactive. It had to be modern and attractive at the same time to cater for metropolitans' tastes. How to use such traffic data to create a rich experience was the biggest challenge.
- Process -
Looking at the basic user flow, we drew the sketches for our ideas then make them into wireframes. Connecting the wireframes by creating flow diagrams that depict every interaction that can be reached.
