Final bag product | COSMO

Cosmo is inspired by this traditional Japanese pattern called “Bishamon Kikko”. Bishamon Kikko is an interlocking tortoise shell design often seen on armor fabrics and armor padding. The ‘Y’ shape is formed when 3 hexagons are joined together. Bishamon is a protector of Buddhist law and is one of the 7 Japanese Gods of fortune and Kikko is tortoise shell pattern, hexagonal.

Cosmo has 16 ‘Y’s on each side and has floral prints as the background. This fabric was quite unique and gold outlines are included to make the design more attractive.

This bag is designed to match the outfits designed by the fashion students for “REVISITING” Fashion Show 2014.
