There was a hole in the mouse market back in 2003. There were no simple 3 button ergonomic mice. This Belkin Wireless Mouse served to fill this hole.
Iterative mock-ups from Sculpey to foam to 3D printed material. Final hand-built foam model was digitized to create a point cloud as reference for Pro-E surface development. Last four models in the photo are based on this Pro-E data created by VJ Nalwad.
Original Sculpey mock-up concept was a 'single-sheet' of material sculpted into a simple and comfortable mitt-like form.
