Vodon Woman is an illustrated collection that is centered around the concept of Vodou Priestesses and the vast caves of Haiti. Focusing on the ease of Spring/ Summer Streetwear and Afrocentric style, each look is meant to have an air of sophistication and simplicity that is accentuated with bright prints and calming neutral knits.
When choosing fabrics and colors for this project, inspiration was gathered from caves and the traditional wear of Vodou Priestesses. This collection is made up of neutral knits and Afrocentric, complimentary prints that lend themselves greatly to the Spring and Summer Season.
