BALLS TO THE WALL

  • "BALLS TO THE WALL"
I'm told the origin of this phrase has something to do with railroad engineers, or alternately airplane pilots circa 1960s. In either case, the phrase is meant to evoke unbridled, almost reckless, speed or enthusiasm. My friend David Lee felt this was the perfect slogan to adorn the shirts he wears when he competes in drag races on the weekends. I had fun making this one. Thanks, David. (February 2012)
