A Normal day at college, walking around in the park with a my friend Anoop discussing our normal geeky stuff, we stumbled upon an idea. Linux was a new found interest for us. Until then to us the term computer included windows but Linux was new and above all exciting. 

We learnt a lot of new things using Linux. It had become our primary Operating System not to mention the endless crashes, loss of data and bricked laptops. The idea was to educate others and get them excited about open source with the same intensity as we were.

We educated people in our Boys Hostel during our Engineering course on Linux. We taught people about the history of Linux, its various flavours and its installation. The usage of the Operating System was also demonstrated. The drive was conducted as an effort to spread awareness about linux. We were able to help around 50 people in a short span of 3 weeks.
