Nest/Kyoto Final Posters
Type & Image posters based on a series of collages
In a previously posted project, Nest/Kyoto, was the combination of twelve collages into four all inspired by the randomly selected song Kyoto, by Nest. The final stage of this process was to combine elements from the previously refined collages and create two 22x34 posters incorporating text. Text incorporated included the title of the song and artist name along with four adjectives to describe the song that were chosen at the very beginning phase of the project. The final posters were created using elements from the reworked collages, type experiments and the type and images systems of separation and fragmentation.
