Created for a Pre-Press and Print Production class, I designed this event poster and brochure for the Aboriginal Artist agency’s hypothetical exhibition ‘Memory’. Drawing on the idea that memories are felt, I wanted to engage the audience in a tactile way. Therefore, I focused on the finish of the item and printed black ink on a smooth black paper stock. The finish brings a subtlety
to the design and invites the audience to touch and feel their way through the poster in order to discover the details on the page.
