Our client needed an all encompassing brochure. It needed to include a lot of things tangible and intangible. For instance, it had to capture the active lifestyle of the retirement community. However, it also had to have all the amenities and features included with images to represent them. But most of all, it had to show the satisfied residents enjoying their life after retirement. It had to show the friendly environment of the beautiful community. We fit all of that into this brochure. 
 

There are actually seven total brochures for the client. Each follows the same brand standards but has its own individual color scheme.
