These Romeo and Juliet inspired posters were completed using tutorials provided on Lynda.com as a way to learn the Adobe suite and was part of a class at Full Sail University.
After the tutorial's it was our job to create an original poster for the same play. We were given free range on the design, the only criteria was that all the copy displayed in the design must be present.
This design plays off the fact that Romeo and Juliet is often seen on a theater stage. So this poster uses several spotlight type shapes to add dimension to the poster, as well as highlight the copy throughout the poster.
