Palm Oil Rescue is an interactive installation that would be featured in museums or education centres. It teaches children about sustainable palm oil, through the use of sensors, buttons and handles that they can turn, to activate palm trees, rainforest trees and animals. This project was developed in consultation with the Zoological Society of London and the Sustainable Palm Oil Transparency Toolkit (SPOTT).
